When you create an account, we collect your email address and basic profile information. When you use ClaudeBench, the content you create is stored locally on your device unless you explicitly choose to sync it with our cloud services.

Automatically Collected Information

We collect basic analytics to improve our product, including app version, operating system, and general usage patterns. We do not collect the content of your tasks or documents.

How We Use Your Information

To Provide Our Services

We use your information to operate ClaudeBench, process your requests, and provide customer support. When you use AI features, your prompts are sent to our AI providers (currently Anthropic) to generate responses.

To Improve Our Product

We analyze aggregated, anonymized usage data to understand how people use ClaudeBench and identify areas for improvement. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.

When you use AI features, your prompts are processed by Anthropic. We encourage you to review Anthropic's privacy policy. We do not share your personal information or task content with any other third parties for marketing purposes.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request or to protect our rights and safety.

Data Security

Encryption

All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Local data can be encrypted using your device's built-in encryption features.

Access to user data within our organization is strictly limited to personnel who need it to provide support or maintain our services.

Your Rights

Access and Portability

You can export all your data from ClaudeBench at any time. Your local data is already in standard formats that you can access directly.

Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app settings. Local data can be deleted by simply removing the app.
