By accessing or using ClaudeBench, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Description of Service

ClaudeBench is a desktop application for macOS that provides AI-powered assistance for various tasks including but not limited to coding, writing, file management, and image processing. The service utilizes third-party AI models to generate responses and content based on user inputs.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features of ClaudeBench. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ClaudeBench only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our services to: generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable; violate any applicable laws or regulations; infringe on the intellectual property rights of others; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or interfere with the proper functioning of the service.

5. Intellectual Property

ClaudeBench and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content you create using ClaudeBench remains your property, subject to the rights of any third-party content or AI models used in its creation.

6. Third-Party Services

ClaudeBench integrates with third-party AI services, currently including Anthropic's Claude models. Your use of these services through ClaudeBench is subject to the respective terms of service and privacy policies of these providers. We are not responsible for the content generated by these AI models or their availability.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ClaudeBench is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies, and you are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of ClaudeBench.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to ClaudeBench immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
